We accept STL, and ZIP files, ensuring compatibility with all major systems. Please ensure the files are compressed into ZIP format before uploading.
Do you offer a free trial?

What is the turnaround time for designs?
We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs:
- Rush: 1–2 hours
- Same Day: 6–8 hours
- Next Day: 12 hours
How do I track my case status?
Track your case status in real time on your dashboard. You can view and download completed designs directly from your dashboard.

Yes, you can communicate directly with our design team through the portal or with your dedicated relationship manager for assistance and updates.
How are payments processed?
We accept payments via debit/credit cards, wire transfers, or other approved platforms. Monthly invoicing is available for recurring clients.
What if I need adjustments to my design?
We provide free adjustments after delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction. Simply update the design status in the portal as "Redesign" to notify the team with specific notes.
How long are cases stored?
We store all cases for six months from the date of submission. If any issue arises, update the status to 'redesign' and add notes for the team.
